The billing issue got sorted in the end, and the refund did come through. It took a bit longer than I expected, but my gut feeling is they handled it fairly once it was looked into.

"Not the kind of health info I trust"
Maybe I’m a little picky about health advice, but bartonpublishing.com just didn’t do it for me. I was expecting something more detailed and reliable, and a lot of the info felt basic, like stuff I could find on any random health blog. Some of it also seemed a bit outdated, and I didn’t see enough context or solid sourcing to make me feel confident. Personally, when it comes to health topics, I want more depth before I take anything seriously, so I don’t think I’d use this site again.

I bought the guide thinking I could just download it and be done, but every step after that felt like another pitch. It was like I kept getting passed around from one offer to the next, with more add-ons and emails I didn’t ask for. I just wanted the guide, so the whole thing got annoying fast.
